Strategic Entrepreneurship Mindset, Strategic Entrepreneurship Leadership, and Entrepreneurial Value Creation of SMEs in East Java, Indonesia: A Strategic Entrepreneurship Perspective

This study investigates theories from the strategic entrepreneurship literature related to mindset, leadership, and entrepreneurial value creation. A sample of 85 SMEs was taken SME sector in East Java, Indonesia, using a non-probability sampling method with purposive technique. The data collection process survey questionnaires distributed directly owners. analysis carried out structural equation measurement model (PLS-SEM) included outer analysis, inner mediation testing, hypothesis testing. contributes leadership variable, which is mediating variable. confirms this theory for provide broader scientific ideas theory. small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that were looked at can create through benefits added individuals, organizations, social environment. contribute progress sustainability, will help economy Indonesia give decision-makers more information.
